above driver kick panel fuse block. There are 2 relays above the 4 in the fuse block, it is the top 1 the bottom is for the ecm to power up underhood. the top terminal is power with key on, the next one down goes directly to fuel pump and you can jumper there to see if it powers up pump. I have seen wires behind driver rear wheel at rear bumper eaten through, check there.
