The oil drain plug for Mazda 323 model usually located at the bottom side of the engine which mean at the crankcase cover engine. You may also slowly crawl your hand through the crankcase surface until you found there is only 1 bolt 19mm in size. That's the drain plug bolt. To open the bolt is same as standard bolt which counter clock wise.

the radiator drain plug is located on the bottom of the radiator,on the radiator
The Mazda 323 of that time from had a 1600cc engine but that isn't going to effect the issue of where to get a wiring diagram. Haynes makes a manual for the 1990-1994 Mazda 323. If you have a 1986-1989 Mazda 323, you will need to get a FSM (Factory Service Manual).
on a Mazda 323f the radiator drain plug is at the front left bottom corner of the radiator as you look towards the bonnet, it needs to be opened with a Phillips head screwdriver, the plug itself looks more like a screwhead and as such may not be recognisable at first
under the hood
The wreckers perhaps.

Try a 1988 323
1.00-1.10mm
It is on the fender right beside the coolant reservoir.
Next to the radiator on the drivers side, in front of the battery.
Mazda made a 323 "GT" turbo 4 door sedan for at least 2 years, 1988 and 1989. It featured the 1.6 DOHC (B6T) engine that was also standard for the 323 GTX. It was rated at 132 bhp.
