After lying upside down in the driver's seat looking up to hunt around for it with a flashlight, I managed to find it hiding underneath the dash, in the corner, right behind the plastic. It is a white piece of plastic with holes in it located to the right of the driver. It is positioned upside down. If you see DLC-> imprinted on the bottom edge of the plastic under the steering wheel, just follow the arrow to the corner and it is right behind it. Hope this helps.
