There is no diagnostic port for cars before 1996 and up due to OBD 1, however if you pull the carpet back on the passenger floorboard, the computer has LED's that you can use to diagnose the problem. just count the number of times the light flashes
great but , yes imports do have them before OBD I LX and SE are usually located on top the fuse box on the driver side. Its a specific Honda connector tho, so itll do yu kno good. On latter Se and EX there was one there and also under the kick bolster

Short this with a thin paper clip or cotter pin and turn on the ign switch. the check engine light will flash out your codes. 94-97 Accords have this connector neatly clipped directly under the glove box and the connector is blue. (94-97 also has OBD-II port behind ashtray)
