where is the fuel pump cutoff relay located in a honda 88 prelude?
under the battery
Check your owners manual, it will tell you in that.
it's on the left side under the alternator...
I am sorry to say that there is not a cutoff of any kind.
it's bolted to a bracket in front of the motor, between the motor and the fans, slightly to the left.
main relay
It's the "master relay" located under the dash. It clicks when you turn the key and you hear the fuel pump pressurize. Part no is usually RZ-XXXX and you can get em at the Honda dealer.
the fuel pump relay is located bye the fuse box on the LH side of the dash it is a big white box with holes in the top looks more like a alarm buzzer than a relay.
The main relay is what sends power to the fuel pump and ignition.
above the fuse box above the fuse box
In the main fusebox under the Steering wheel... It's a 7 pin relay bolted in with a little bracket up above the other fuses. Prick of a thing to get to though...
