on the passenger side of the dash there is a panel beside the glove box, remove one Phillips screw then pop the panel off.
once the panel is off there should be a square hole in the dash just large enough to get your hand in, the relay is attached to the dash frame with one Phillips screw, remove the screw and the relay along with its metal brace will come off.
the relay has two plastic clips you must spread to remove, it does fit tight and you have little room to work
