Permanent filter in the fuel tank. No regular maintenance required.
The 2004 Honda Odyssey runs on regular unleaded.
The 1998 Honda Odyssey has the same fuel filter location as the 1996 model seen in the video below.
In the fuel tank. It is a permanent filter and no maintenance is required.
A 2004 Honda Civic fuel filter should be changed when the car begins to have fuel issues. A clogged fuel filter will lead to intermediate ignition problems and driving issues.

Use this filter set when replacing the fuel strainer located inside the fuel tank, which is the only fuel filter on this vehicle." signed, each_one_teach_one
Yes, but it is a permanent filter located in the fuel tank.
It has a permanent filter mounted inside the fuel tank.
You don't have a fuel filter on a 2004 Honda accord ,its in the fuel tank itself and not a separate fuel filter,
According to the Honda website under the specifications for this vehicle the capacity is 20 gallons.
For some strange reason Honda has the Fuel Filter on the INSIDE of the fuel tank. That is what the Honda dealership told me when I asked where the Fuel Filter was located on my 1999 Odyssey - I think that's dumb. It's obviously cheaper to replace a fuel filter that is mounted on the outside of a fuel tank 'cause it only takes a minute or two, maybe three....or four..... So when the filter get's clogged the fuel pump will die, you'll end up paying big bucks for towing, parts, labor & taxes. I wonder how much it is for a Honda Fuel Pump? Probably $450+.
