Yes, a 1995 Kia Sephia does have a TCM (trans control module) it's mounted behind the dash between the drivers and passengers leg area. Where the ashtray should be.... Also there is T.S.B.'s on certain modules if you replace the transmission make sure you have the updated TCM installed. If not your transmission will fail.
