There are 3 grease fittings on a 2002 dodge 2500. Once the aftermarket joints are installed the number increases depending on the joints installed.

If the u-joint has never been changed you can't grease them because factory u-joints don't have grease alimites...you will have to change the u-joint. After market u-joints have alimites.
There are no u-joints on the venture van. It has CV joints that are sealed with rubber boots and cannot be serviced. They can only be removed and rebuilt or replaced, etc
It takes a standard Zerk fitting. If your having trouble with the Alemite fitting on the end of the grease gun, it may be worn out or just loose.
Late model Chrysler mini-vans do not have any "grease fittings" the ball joints and tie-rod ends are sealed and do not require grease. They do not last forever ao be aware that the after market replacements for the ball joints often have grease fittings. They are located at the bottom of the joint and may require that the wheel be removed to gain access.

there should be around 6 grease zerks located on the driveshaft. at each U-joint and one all the way towards the back near the rear axle. You may have to lift the truck and turn the driveshaft by hand to get to them. (make sure to be on level ground and use all safety precautions). apply the grease specified liberally on the joints as it willl push out the old grease and in with the new. The one towards the back make sure not to over do it.
