The last actuall year datsun stoped putting its name on their cars would be in 1983. From 1984 the put Nissan really big then datsun
The xj body Cherokee was last made in 2001.
1984
1983 was the last year ford made the f100.
More information is needed. Which 1974 datsun, and which motor? The make, and model of the car, as well as the numbers of cylinders are needed, total displacement of the engine would also be helpful. The datsun pickup across that year, the datsun 240/260 series cars, and several others had substantially different engines and distributors.
I'm finding 2286 pounds for a 620 pickup, not year-specific, so 1600-1800cc etc could vary a little, but that's close. (Now I'm digging for the front/rear weight distribution.)
Datsun was established in 1914 and was the first mass-produced Japanese motor vehicle. Nissan Motors was founded in 1933. The two companies merged in 1960. Both labels continued to be manufactured until 1982, which was the last year that "Datsun" appeared on the "Sentra" model. The story is a bit complicated, but Datsun and Nissan merged, with datsun becoming a brand of Nissan (much like lexus is a brand of toyota).
1975
Well, for one thing it was the last year for the generator.
Nope 91 was the last year of that
2005, last year made.
Datsun came out with a twin-turbo model in 1987 with the release of the Nissan 300ZX Turbo.
