According to the owners manual. Check the motor hood, there might be a recommendation there, or a note from a previous replacement. Generally timing belts replacements are in the range from 30000 to 100000 kilometers, you will not do any harm if replacing sooner, especially if the car was not used for a long time. (for engines with external timing belts)

Unplug your battery, pull off the connector, unscrew the bolt and remove the switch then replace and work backwards.

Nissan made the 350z from 2003-2009. They quit making this model because they came out with the 370z. The Nissan dealership no longer has this model available for purchase. Auto Trader has the 350z avaliable for used.

One option to reset is to disconnect the positive (+) battery cale on the battery for 3 minutes. Then reconnect it , this will reboot the computer and the light. SORRY: It doesnt work on the Nissan 2003 350z to do this.
