Timing belts on these cars are usually replaced every 90K; you don't want to have a timing belt go while you are driving... :(
Timing belts last about 70,000 miles. You should change the water pump while you're in there; Honda likes to drive them off the timing belt, they wear out about as fast as the timing belt does, and since you're in there anyway...
Go to http://www.gates.com/brochure.cfm?brochure=2256&location_id=3487 and download timing belt application PDF. Then look up any and all autos.

Very common problem on the 2003 Honda Pilot. The tumblers go bad and it will cost around $400 for a dealer to replace. Honda should have a recall on this.
