Tracking. The wheels may need to be re-aligned. 'Tracking' can be done at a garage. They will re-align the wheels so that they are precisely in the correct position for proper steering.

If all you did was have the tires rotated and it pulls now it is probably what they call a radial pull, this is when the steel belts in your tire shift and cause oe tire to grip the road differently causing a pull to one side or the other. Have the garage swap the front tires side to side and if this is the case it will pull the other way i that case you need two new tires if the vehicle is 2wd or 4 if it is 4wd and the rears have more than 4/32" tread wear. It is most likely not an alignment issue.
NO. The rear tire is almost always larger than the front. I don't know what rotation has to do with this but it is not recommended to reverse rotation on any tire.
You can put the tire on the front. The rotation arrow should point the same whether it is on the front or back.
a rotation is where they switch your tires from front to back a tire balance is where they make sure the tire is the same weight all the way around alignment is where they make sure your steering is straight
Tire rotation is typically conducted in the same pattern for all vehicles. 1. Both back tires are moved to the front on the same sides. The right rear tire becomes the right front, and left rear becomes left front. 2. The front tires switch sides and are moved to the back. The left front tire becomes the right rear tire, and the right front tire becomes the left rear tire. While persons with the necessary lifting equipment can generally rotate tires without help, it is beneficial to have the tires checked for balance when rotating. Additionally, after a tire rotation, and alignment is highly advisable. Any competent mechanic can handle both operations.
