5W-30 is the preferred Oil.

Synthetic or Conventional is your choice.

If you have no major engine oil leaks and the engine is in good condition then consider using a Quality Synthetic like Amsoil.

If the engine leaks oil then have it fixed first.

Till then I would recommend using Castrol GTX 5W-30.
