It is low of refrigerant which means you have a leak that needs repair. After the repair the unit needs to be recharged.
Suspect an overcharged system. This can be quite dangerous. For a system to be properly recharged, it should first have the dessicant changed in the dryer, and then be evacuated; both pretty easy, talk to your parts counter guy for help.
