The P0300 is a multiple miss-fire code. The P1130 & P1135 are fuel air metering codes. Generally speaking you want to fix the first fault code in the list if you pull multiple codes at once. One code can cause other codes to appear. Fix the multiple miss-fire problem, clear the codes and see if the other two comeback.
Code P01320 means Ignition signal primary cicuit fault. After replace all that stuff did you go back in the OBD and clear the codes?? If not that's probably why its still pulling the same code

Check behind the front seats in the footwell for broken or disconnected cables; people getting in and out of the back disturb them. Failing that take it to a garage and get the fault codes read. Often it just needs the data bus flag reset which can be done when the codes are read.
