no the 85 it is on the fuel pressure reg it should be the same
more than the miserable car is worth
intake manifold
A faulty thermostat might cause the temp gauge on the 2000 Nissan Altima to raise to hot when the car is not overheating. A faulty thermostat can cause the gauge to move up and down and might even turn the fan on.
why doesn't my rpm gauge and temp gauge, fuel gauge not work
Go and find a better car!
1996 prelude temperature gauge reads low temp
temp gauge is stuck on hot
its a transistor located behind the cluster panel.usually cost 45 dollars from nissan......symptons are usually empty fuel reading and temp reading are nil. If fuel gauge goes from empty to full can be ground wire problems.
My 89 used to do the same thing. I just cleaned the temp sensor on the top of the motor, they usually get a lot of corrosion on them.
only 3 reasons a temp gauge wont work the temp sender is bad the gauge is bad or the wire from temp sender to gauge is broken
Chek the coolant sensor plug and others sensor in the same area to see if the are broken, unplugged or dirty
