You must remove the front of the dash. Everything around the stereo. Very time consuming. Just remember where the parts and all the screws go when you go to put it back together. It is not that difficult. Good Luck.
The 1993 Honda accord, I believe, does NOT have CD Player. It only have cassette and radio player.

There should be a module or something you can purchase to bypass the stock stereo's security system. The answer is yes, it's possible.
Plain and simple you dont. The wireing is integrated through out the car and its not a DIY kinda job.
