According to the owners manual of a 2006 Accent, the ONLY place to find the key code is the paper label affixed to a plastic tag that is attached to the keys when the new vehicle is first delivered to the new owner of it.
My experience with discovering this includes no dealer tracking of key codes whatsoever!
AND complete lock sets, keyed alike, do not exist.
Most Online OEM Hyundai Parts Depts will sell you a reasonably priced replacement lock and key with a said label attached, for your use when it needs replacing again, BUT only if you keep it or write the code down (maybe best to do this in the owner's manual, for the benefit of the next owner of your car!).
