As far as I know you can not get a subaru legacy sti from the factory bu you could get an sti engine and put it in a legacy. That is the only way that I know of.
Simple 6speed and check the interior you know by comparing pictures online of a wrx and a sti
I don't know what the "sti" is for but the first one that comes to mind is Athena but there are probably dozens.
