Most sold in the U.S. are made at Honda's Swepsonville, North Carolina, Power Equipment Plant. As Honda builds small engines all over the world you will have to look at the data plate to see exactly where it is made. Even though Honda does build engines in China don't be fooled by a Chinese clone made in China. It will not say Honda on it but it will look exactly like a real Honda engine.
No. Negative. There is an 80, an 85, and even a 100, but no 90. I work at a Honda dealership and had a gentleman call just this afternoon asking about parts for his "Honda 90." I kept asking if he meant the TRX90 (common youth ATV), but he insisted it only had 2 wheels, and that it also wasn't one of the old school ATC90 3 wheelers. It had factory Honda plastics on it, and looked just like a Honda motor from a glance. However, it was nothing more than a Chinese knockoff with Honda Plastics on it. The motor did not have Honda's brand on it. Also, the VIN number he gave matched none of Honda's records. If someone claims to have a Honda CRF90, they either have a Chinese knockoff, or they have bored the cylinder on a CRF70, 80, or 85. It is a common upgrade to bore out the CRF70 to a 90cc. This is especially common among people who use this as a pit bike.
Found it out. Its a Chinese copy. Not a real CR 125.
Keeway Superlight 125cc motorcycles have these engines. These are based upon the Honda CG125. I found this information in my Keeway (Chinese motorcycles Haynes manual.
It is a Chinese made 49cc or 98cc motor. They are based on the Honda Z50 and upwards motors, but they are not identical, although very similar. Pagsta Motors are unfortunately not interchangeable with many of the cheaper Chinese pitbike motors due to the individual offset of the rear sprocket.

Because it is a load of cheap Chinese garbage. Buy a Honda! You will buy five of these pieces of crap in 10 years and only one Honda. It will not start for one of 2 reasons. Lack of fuel or lack of spark. You need to determine which one you are missing and proceed from there.
