The 1993 Honda accord, I believe, does NOT have CD Player. It only have cassette and radio player.
Remove the cd player decorative cover. Remove the cd player retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the cd player.
Remove the cover from your 2003 Kia CD player. Remove the CD player retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the CD player.
Remove the decorative cover from your 2003 Lincoln Navigator CD player. Remove the CD player retaining screws. Slide the CD player out. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the CD player.
Park your car in the "Shady" side of town (usually the area with highest number of black-people) They will remove it for you. Then you can install your new CD player. Its really that easy. They will do the work for you.

Try disconnection the unit wait 1 or 2 minutes and reconnect. It may reset unit and maybe eject cd.
