Follow the wiring harness from your blinker. Disconnect the factory harness from the relay. Replace with the new relay.
its near the battery and it is a black box with 2 wiring plugs underneath it.
Underneath the driver front headlight. The Relay is called a 'RDI' One for each fan
I don't have the schematics at hand, but the relay is in the convenience center underneath the dash, immediately behind the ODB connector.

Check your fuses first. Replace any blown fuses. If that doesn't correct it, check the relay. Identify which pole has power, then jump it to the opposite pole. If that gets them working again, replace the relay. If the relay checks out, detach the electrical connector from the wiper motor and ensure that power is getting to it. If it's not, then you're looking at a wiring fault somewhere, and you'll have to trace the wiring to find it.
could be the relay, fuse, wiring, many other issues... that is a very unexplainable question... is the check engine light on? do you have power? write back to me and ill help you.
