A local shop just estimated the replacement of a rear bumber skin, to include paint and paint feathering at $998.00.

To professionally repair a bumper on a 2003 Honda Accord it will cost you anywhere from $200.00 to $600.00. However, doing it yourself can definitely save some money.
I just had my rear bumper replaced...it cost over $1,800. I had the side panel and trunk lid replaced too, so maybe the bumper alone isn't that much.
Bumpers that are dented, bent or scraped are not repaired; they are replaced. If the connecting brackets are loose or damaged, they can be replaced or repaired to secure the bumper, but the bumper itself is not repaired.
300 dollars for each bumper 600 for both front and rear.
A 2004 Honda rear bumper cover can be made to fit a 2007 Honda Accord. However, the amount of helper parts to make this fit happen will cost more in the end than it would to have just bought the bumper outright.
I just changed mine....I have 2001 Honda Accord (EX-V-6) and the local guy charged me $500. Good Luck!!
How much dose it cost to get a timeing belt and a water pump replaced on a 1991 Honda Accord?
just had one replaced for around $500
It wont cost you a dime if you have some basic tool / sockets set and time. 8 bolts hold the bumper together. 4 on each side. That's it.
small cracks and scrackes can be repaired for a reasonable price. more sever damage will require the bumper cover to be replaced
I have a 2004 TSX and just recently had my passenger headlight replaced for the low cost of $400.00!!! That was including an oil change of course. They have to take the entire bumper off to get to it apparently. What a rip off!
