Did you car just hit a mile marker 50,000 / 100,000 ? "Maintenance required" lights are, for the most part, to protect the manufactor when people do not maintain their car as they should. As long as the "check engine" light is not on,{ this light is important}. Remove the maintenance required lightbulb.
