Check your owner's manual, it involves a certain pattern of presses of the set/reset button on the steering wheel. Or have your Honda Dealer do it.
HOW TO TURN OFF THE MAINTENANCE LIGHT ON 2002 HONDA ACCOURD
The maintenance required light only goes on after 7,500 miles since last 'maintenance'. The maintence required light will not turn off by replacing or changing anything, the only way to turn it off is by putting your key in the key slot next to the light.

Easiest way is to have the required maintenence done.

on the odometer there are 2 buttons press right and turn ignition without release this button 10 second light turn off
push the odometer button in, turn the key on, wait till the light goes out (could be a long time), turn the key off.
hold the speedometer reset button down while you turn the key on for about 15 seconds.
The easiest way I have found is to disconnect the battery for a minute or so.
It means that there is some sort of maintenance required - you'd need to pull codes to determine exactly what. Performing the required maintenance successfully should shut the light off.
Listed in your owner's manual. Next to the maintenance required light, you should see a small slot with a button in it. Stick your ignition key into the slot and hold it in for about 10 seconds. When you start your car, the light should be green, indicating that it has been reset. The maintenance light will turn orange automatically the next time that the mileage reaches one of Honda's recommended maintenance intervals.
