Before you attempt to take off the brake drum, be sure not to put the hand brake on but of course you need to block the tires to avoid the car from rolling. You will see two small holes(with thread) where a bolt may be placed. Determine the diameter of the bolt which must be at least two inches long to fit that hole *(because im not sure of the diameter and if you have spare bolts in your tool box, this won't be a hard task). With the use of a wrench, screw the bolts in at the same time or at least interchangebly so that the brake drum will pop out evenly. I hope this would help, good luck. *The bolt diameter of bolt that you need for the brake drum removal is 5/16 standard thread; Also spray some WD 40 around the hub before tightning the two bolts.

Just google how to replace disc brakes for a good description with pictures, or drum brakes if you are doing the rears. Disc is very simple job (less than an hour), drum not so much (can take 4 hours the first time you do it).
Recommended fuel for Toyota Camry is unleaded regular with up 10% of ethanol.
Yes you just have to take the plug out of the head to put in the distributor.
pull the center cap off, pull out the cotter pin, unscrew the bolt. work the drum off ( may take some prying ) and then all the drum internals will be exposed.
The 2011 Toyota Camry takes SAE 0W20 motor oil. That is the best oil for that vechile.

I did not think the Windstar came with *front* drum brakes (assuming the question is referring to brakes)...There are instructions for changing front disc brakes and rear drum brakes in the "Related Questions" below
it either has front disc brakes and rear drum or it has front and rear disc bakes. look for a flat disc in the front and back - those are front and rear disc brakes-they take pads. The drum brakes take shoes.
