To reset the oil change light on a Toyota Highlander 2012, switch the engine to the OFF position. Then switch the engine back on while pressing the trip meter reset button until it displays 000000 or says COMPLETE.
If you're looking for an inertia switch for the fuel pump, it doesn't have one.
You have to reset the computer
If you need to reset a hollandia sunroof, check your owners manual. You should be able to find instructions on how to perform this task.
Go call the Toyota car company or headquarters and ask the people who made the car.
To reset the sunroof you must push the sunroof switch up and hold it for a few seconds then turn it to fully opened, then to closed.
You can't.
On the 08 highlander make sure that your ODO display is on trip A then turn off your key, hold down the trip reset button and with your other hand turn the car to on. the display will flash to a series of either 0's or dashes, they will then countdown to nothing. When the display goes blank the reminder is reset. Since it is reset now do not rely on it for a monitor since it will come on 5k after being reset.
you go to the dealer and get it checked out. they have to do it for you.
There is a reset button underneath the dash just right of the hood latch. Pressing and holding will turn it off. Then let go of button and press it again and tire pressure light will flash 3 times and then reset.
I don't know about the Tacoma - but, if it helps, in the Highlander it is located at the very bottom edge of the dashboard in the area of the steering column.
