I spent more than this because the timing belt adjuster looked like it should be changed also. I was at 100,000 miles and took the head off and let a shop (NAPA) rework the head. The compression is much better (162 for all cylinders) and it runs like new. With taps for the head and other items, I spent $440 dollars to do the whole thing. Since the Timing Belt had to come off to do the water pump, I replaced it while I was doing the Timing Belt.

you need to pull your timing belt set your cams to zero they have timing marks and crank your engine to tdc and put your timing belt back on make sure everthing is at zero or you will not be able to get your timing right by moving your distributer.

They don't have a timing belt, they have an internal timing chain instead which is supposed to last the life of the engine. However, with high mileages and/or infrequent oil changes the chain can become rattly and needs replacing. The chain and sprocket kit is less than £20 but you'll also need to replace the sump gasket, timing cover gasket and oil seal and a new oil filter and oil. Altogether about £35 from Jorily in the UK not including the oil.
