replancing a timing chain, specially in a time where engines come out more complicated every year, is someting I don't recomend doing by yourself unless you got a knowledgeable mechanic by yourside. I have seen this type of work done and the trick comes when the piston fire order must be set. A mechanic uses a special light for this purposes or a specially designed trick that works for him kept as the must precious secret. Maybe the Toyota corporation has taugh their mechanic the way this is done with just settting the belt in place with wichever piston goes on top first.
If it had a timing belt, you would replace it at 90,000 miles. But this engine has a timing chain and does not have a belt.
Before it breaks
It's not about time. You should change the timing belt every 90k miles.
