Your best bet is to purchase a rear windshield wiper blade replacement arm (about $9 at Toyota dealers), part # 85242-42020 (I have a 2001 Rav4). I just bought my second one. The arm "snaps" onto the main arm's open hook via the little bar in the middle rectangle opening of the replacement blade. Ask your Toyota maintenance person to show you how to do it (s/b no charge).
