Remove door panel, remove 4 screws, remove speaker, put new speaker in, replace screws, replace door panel. Done.
I had to replace the ones in my 1997 Sebring. Using a tool such as a flat head screwdriver detach the plastic cover that is over the door speaker. Remove the screws that are holding the speaker to the door. Pull the speaker out enough to detach the plastic clip that connects the wiring to the speaker. Installing the door speaker is the reverse of removing the speakers.
