The fuel injectors on a 2007 Toyota Highlander are recommended to be changed every 60,000 miles.
im assuming its a 3.0 V6. bank2 sensor is on the exhaust manifold, in front, easy to see and take off. it looks exactly like a O2 sensor but its called a air/fuel ratio sensor. bank 1 sensor is in the back against the firewall but below, on the exhaust manifold. you cant see it from the top. try going from under. i never did it myself, but did trouble shoot these problems.
how to replace fuel tank pressure sensor pontiac gran prix 1997
There are 3 oxygen sensors on this vehicle. Some of the Highlanders with California emissions have 2 fron Air/Fuel Ratio sensors and one rear Oxygen sensor.
replacing a fuel sensor on a 2003 grand prix?
P1130 indicates an Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1. Problems could be a faulty air fuel ratio, the sensor harness is shorted, the sensor has a poor electrical connection, a fuel pressure problem, a fuel injector issue, or air leaks in the intake.
I assume you mean the fuel gauge that tells you how much fuel there is left. The reason is that the fuel sensor is stuck. This fuel sensor is a mechanical fuel sensor that rises with the fuel level in the gas tank. A really ridiculous design for a fuel level sensor. It gets stuck and you will need to replace it. Its the same amount of time to replace it as to replace the fuel pump. Just leave it until the fuel pump goes bad, then you can do both.
The fuel sensor on a Hyundai Santa Fe is located in the fuel tank. The fuel tank will need to be removed. The fuel sensor is attached to the fuel line. Remove the fuel line. The sensor can then be removed. Reverse the process to install the new sensor.
need to drop the tank and pull the fuel pump out and change the sensor
It is a sensor placed in the exhaust flow that indicates the level of unburned fuel in the exhaust so the computer can adjust the air- fuel ratio
Hi, If you are referring to the fuel level sensor, it is located in the fuel tank and is mounted on the fuel pump assembly. Draining and dropping the fuel tank is needed to replace this sensor. Good Luck, Greg
The fuel level sensor can only be replaced by first removing the fuel tank. it then can be easily removed from the top.
