There is no repairing a broken motor mount. Replace them with a new ones.
The rear engine mount is on the back of the engine. It's a bit tricky to reinstall if you've had it out. It's held by three 14mm bolts onto the car itself and two on the engine. There is a rubber circular vibration damper held in place by a long 12mm (or maybe 14mm) bolt with a nut.
You need to support the engine so that the cradle can be removed and the mount can be unbolted and replaced.

Loosen the motor mount retaining bolt. Jack the motor up a few inches. Remove the motor mount retaining bolt and the motor mount bushing. Reverse the process to install the new motor mount.
