* Loosen the rear wheel lug nuts,raise the rear of the car and support it securely on jackstands and remove the wheels * Remove the brake hose clip from the bracket and disconnect the stabilizer bar link on the strut.If the vehicle is equipped with ABS remove the speed sensor harness bracket bolt * Remove the strut to knuckle nuts and knock the bolts out with a hammer and punch * Separate the strut from the knuckle dont allow the knuckle to fall outward as this may damage the brake hose * Remove the luggage compartment trim panel for access to the upper mounting nuts * Have an assistant support the strut and spring assembly while you remove the three upper mounting nuts.Remove the assembly from the fenderwell
