First remove the door lock knob. Put window in the down position. Use a flat screwdriver or a putty knife to pry up the window switch plate. It snaps in at the front and back. Unplug the wire harness from the switch. In the bottom of the recess in the padded arm rest is a small plug about 1/2" in diameter. Use a couple of sharp tools to pry the plug out. When you reveal the screw underneath it, remove the screw. Then slide the padded armrest rearward about 3/8" and then lift it up and out. This will reveal the three mounting screws and then remove them. The outer bezel around the the door release lever snaps on at the center of the top and at the bottom. pry it off carefully. Now there are only 11 snaps holding the panel to the door. If you pry it off poorly you will have the snaps pull out of the panel instead of the door and will cause some damage. I think on a cold day it is harder plastic and harder to do. Using a forked prying tool is best to apply pressure to the snap and not the Masonite door panel. Working around from the bottom to the top, release the 11 snaps. Now it should be free to lift up and off. I hope this answer will help someone.
