Wrap an old t-shirt around a small flat head screwdriver. Note: there are no screws involved in the removal of the bezels (surrounding plastic dash/console covers). First pry the outer bezel (plastic unit surrounding the gear shift) off, upwards around the outside seam of the unit. Then pry the outer bezel surrounding the stock stereo system with the same screw driver and t-shirt (not to scratch the dash/console covers). Note: not the bezel on the stereo system itself, just outside of that. Both of these bezels pop off by sliding the screwdriver around the outer seams and eventually pulling them free of there slots. They pop right back in to position on reassembly. The stereo can then be removed with a Phillips head screwdriver (4 screws). The unit pulls straight out. Unplug the ground wire, the main wire harness and the antenna plug. Install new unit and pop the bezels back in to position. The end. Hope this helps. I know it will.
