The kick panels are the interior trim panels , just in front of the front doors , by the front passengers and drivers feet
See the answer for the 93 model if you're referring to the rear ones. If you want to replace the front ones, you have to remove the door panels.

Remove the front door panels. (The door panel procedure has already been answered on here many, many times, please search for it). Four Philips screws hold the speaker in, remove them, unplug the wires.

I have a 1993 Mitsubishi 3000gt and the TCU is located under the console / dash. It is mounted by a metal bracket to the floor pan. You will need to remove the side carpet panels and the entire front console to access the TCU.
The 1992 Chevy Corvette front speaker covers are held in place with two retaining screws. Remove the retaining screws and the speaker covers will come off.

the water pump is located on the left side of the engine mid way down. remove the belt and then the pully. the pump is located behind of the pully. there is not much room and it is not easy to replace,
