The Second Generation Legacy Outback hood will fit on a Second Generation Impreza Outback, but you have to cut or grind the sides down a little (less than a half inch on either side). You might have to reposition the hood hinges too. I know because I just test fitted a 99 Impreza Outback hood on a 98 Legacy Outback and it was too narrow by less than an inch.
How do you open the hood latch from the outside on a subaru impreza
one is under the hood on left side the other is behind the change tray on lower left steer column area
It depends on the model. The WRX and WRX STI models have a turbo. Like most Subarus, if the Impreza has a hood scoop (for the intercooler) it has a turbo.
The blower motor relay on a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX is located in the exterior fuse box. The exterior fuse box is located underneath the hood.
it is under the hood in a little black box it is a bigger fuse
on my 98 outback impreza sport: under the hood, flip open the fuse box, check diagram on underside of lid, match up with outlay of fuses. Slip a 15A fuse into the slot designated "FWD". This will disengage the AWD, and FWD should show up on on your driver side dashboard. Hope that helps!
See "Engine Hood" on page 5 in Chapter 11 "Maintenance and Service" of your "OWNER'S MANUAL".....
to The left of the foot pedals, just below the hood release lever
Right down below the hood release, flat up against the side wall.
Dipstick is on the right (passenger) side of the transaxle accessible under the hood.
It's in the same place on every Subaru, Upper left hand side under the hood! And just so you know the "fwd" is for TOWING PURPOSES ONLY!!!!!!!! DO NOT DRIVE YOU SUBARU IN FWD!!!!!!
