On a Mac, providing the CD is not stuck, you can press the Eject key or right click on the disc's icon and select Eject from the menu that appears or you can drag the icon to the trash and it will eject the CD for you. If the CD has opened in iTunes you simply click the eject symbol next to the CD's name.

You need to press the 'eject' button in order to do this. You need to make sure your car is on before you can do this.
Try this. Insert your key into the Honda ignition. Turn the key halfway to access the car's accessory mode. Press on the small eject button to the right of the CD slot on the stereo. Hold it down for two to three minutes. Use a pair of needle-nose pliers to pull out the CD if it will not eject after pressing the button. Hold down the eject button as you lightly grab the edge of the stuck CD using the pliers. Wiggle the CD slightly up and down as you pull it out of the CD slot as gently as possible. If that does not work you will have to remove the CD/Radio from the dash and open it up to find out what is wrong.
you might have to go to the hard drive, go to the CD & manually eject it. instead of just pressing the eject button.
