No, you need a press to remove and install the bearing.
I just replaced a wheel bearing in my, 03 protege 5 it was $60 for the part and $60 for the mechanic to press it in.
you need to press out the bearing inside the hub assembly.
Make sure it isn't the tire first. You will have to remove the strut, and have the bearing pressed out.

The 2001 Mazda Tribute came equipped in a 2.0L L4 and 3.0L V6. The rear wheel bearing are sealed assemblies. These can be pressed in to complete the install. The OE replacement rear wheel bearings for this application are SKF #GRW266. It is recommended to replace the wheel bearings in pairs.

Remove the tire and wheel from your Mercedes-Benz. Remove the axle end. Remove the wheel bearing nuts. Remove the wheel bearing seal and the wheel bearing. Reverse the process to install the new wheel bearing.
