When you acquire the new wires, make sure to put a small amount of lubricant on the inside on both ends (for the distributor cap and spark plugs). Label the order the wires come off, and match the lengths to get them in the right order. If you're replacing the wires, it might be a good idea to replace the distributor cap and the spark plugs as well as to disconnect the battery for your safety. I worked from right-to-left, as the right-most wire is longest on my 91 si.
The 2002 Honda Civic EX engine uses coil-on-plug. There are no sparkplug wires.

Pull the spark plug wires off the spark plugs. Remove the spark plugs with a spark plug socket. Install the new spark plugs and put the spark plug wires back on. I recomend replacing the spark plug wires as well. If replacing them, just remember that the new wires are hooked up the same ways that the old ones came off.

Remove the spark plug wires from each spark plug. Turn the spark plug out with a 5/8 deep well socket. Reverse the process to install the new spark plugs.
Mark and remove plug wires. Remove spark plugs and install new plugs. Reattach plug wire to correct plug.
