The most likely cause is the choke valve which is situated at the bottom of the throttle body and has 2 water outlets ,if you undo those 3, 10 mil bolts and undo the side cover with a plilips head you will surprised the amount of rust particles accumulated ,clean and check all the hoses and make sure they are not clogged and refit it it should solve the problem.

check your idle air control unit also called an IAC motor
U need to clean the throttle body and also clean the idle air control vavle
check your idle control valve located behind the engine
