Yes seatbelts save lives! I obey the law and wear mine when Im driving on public roads. But what about when you are on private property or on dirt roads hunting and fishing? A seatbelt is not necessary in these instances and is irritating to say the least when you have to buckle up with no good reason to have silence in your vehicle.
