Safely jack the car up, remove lamps, replace bulbs.
You will need to remove the instrument panel cover. Remove the retaining screws from the speedometer. The lightbulb will be on the back of the speedometer.
you have to remove the lens cover. look for screws to take it off. then the speedometer pulls out and the bulbs are behind.
remove the broken one and replace with a new and working bulbs.
the answer is at http://gtouser.wordpress.com/2008/12/21/how-to-change-the-headlight-bulbs-on-a-mitsubishi-gto-or-3000gt/ so just paste this link in your web browser and you can find out. hi
It is practically impossible to reach up behind the dash to change the bulbs. Remove the trim around the instrument panal and you should be able to pull it out enough to change the bulbs. You may have to disconnect the speedometer to get it out far enough.
to change the lights you remove the dash cluster and replace the bulbs. the number for the bulbs are 197
pardon me for being asenine but, this question is somewhat "reaching" (being polite here). there are about 200 "bulbs" in this vehicle. a bulb is a light and and most "lights" are bulbs. there isn't enough room here and, I'm sure in the he** not going to list and describe all the "bulbs" and their functions here. i suggest you get a CHILTON auto manual and read it from cover to cover and pay close attention to the description and functins of all the "bulbs"/lights descrbed within.
The only one I found is PIAA 168, try googling that or use the following link below. http://www.tirerack.com/lighting/detail.jsp?ID=1071&cat=Accessory+Bulbs
how to replace bulbs on a 2009 mitsubishi eclipse
yeah
Open your trunklid, and look down, you will see some carpeting, most likely held on with plastic clips, unfasten your clips, and pull the carpeting back, and you will see where your bulbs go in, now grab the bulbholder from the backside, turn to the left, and pull it out, and replace.
