Navigation DVD player is found in the rear liftback floor on the right side. Access the right rear floor at the liftback, open the compartment closest to the right rear seat. On the right side of the compartment there is a plastic cover you open this to give access to DVD unit. On the DVD unit there is a switch labelled open close. With the vehicle running press open and the DVD will open put your new disk in and press close, unit will run a diagnostic on disk then load data. Hope this helps.
