For Manual adjust mirrors!
Remove the plastic cover on the outside of the mirror with a knife.
Undo the 2 Phillips screws that have been exposed.
Remove the plastic round cover and rubber cover from the manual adjuster on the inside of the car.
Remove the 2 7mm nuts, now exposed, from the maual adjuster.
Pull the mirror off the car from the outside of the door.

First remove the door panel.Once the door panel is removed you will see three bolts that hold the mirror in place. While holding the mirror remove the three bolts and the mirror will come off of the door.

Jack up the offside of the car, the fuel filter is located in the fuel line, and just in line with the rear door. Cut the retaining clips, but remenber to protect your eyes, remove the old filter and replace it with the new filter. It should take no more than 15 minutes
You must remove door panel to acess bolts that secure mirror to door. Remove all parts securing mirror and install in reverse order with new mirror.
Which mirror? Just guessing you mean the door mounted mirror. Remove the inner door panel. There will be two nuts holding the mirror on. Remove them and pull the mirror off. If you mean the windshield mounted mirror, there is a small Allen or torx screw holding it on. Loosen it, slide the mirror up and remove.

To change a Saturn mirror, start by removing the interior door panel to access the mirror’s mounting bolts. Disconnect any wires connected to the mirror before removing the mounting bolts and detaching the old mirror. Install the new mirror by securing it with the mounting bolts and reconnecting any wires before reattaching the door panel.
1 Open the Volvo's passenger door and remove the triangular cover that hides the mounting nuts for the mirror. The cover is located inside the door where the mirror attaches to the outside. The cover press-fits into the door frame. Pull on it to remove it. 2 Hold the mirror in place and remove the three nuts located behind the cover with a long-well socket and ratchet. 3 Pull the mirror away from the door. The mirror has three threaded bolts inserted into the side that stick through the door. Be careful not to scratch the door with the bolts as you remove the mirror. 4 Mount the new mirror against the door while seating the bolts through the door into the inside. 5 Secure the mirror to the door with the three nuts, long-well socket and ratchet. 6 Press the cover back onto the Volvo's door frame.
If you have an electric side mirror you have to remove the door panel then unplug the electrical connector and then remove the screws that hold the mirror.
