I own a Z32, but from what I've seen it's almost the same on all cars.

1. Break loose the lug nuts while the cars is on the ground.

2. Jack the car into the air and place jackstands in the appropriate spots (for safety).

4. Remove the lugnuts and take off the wheel.

5. There will be two bolts on the brake caliper, these will most likely be behind so you may need a flashlight to locate them.

6. Remove these two bolts and the caliper will be free, tie this caliper up and do not let it hang on the brake line connected to it.

7. You should be able to pull off the rotor now, and place a new one on.

8. After putting on a new rotor, you should have new brake pads as well to ensure the new rotor is not warped or grooved the same as the old one.

9. You can use a C-Clamp on the old brake pads to compress the piston back into the caliper. This will allow you enough space to put the caliper with new pads back onto the rotor. If you do not have a C-Clamp you can loosen the valve on the caliper with a .. 8mm? wrench and squeeze the piston back with your hands, or a pair of grips. (Be sure to tighten it back up after, or when you press the brake pedal, your car wont stop.)

That should be about it. Assemble in reverse order.
