Because there's no dimmer, it's highly likely that your bulbs have silvered.
For a D22 Navara, drop your steering wheel as low as it goes, and remove the two star headed screws from the top of the black cluster piece.
Once they are removed, the black cover should slide back towards you, it is clipped at the bottom, but it should be pretty easy.
Once that's out, you will see 4 more screws holding the actual instrument cluster in place. Remove them.
Once done, you can slide the instrument cluster back towards you. On the back side you will see the bulbs, remove the two outside bulbs (for speedo/revs) and replace with other T5 globes.
