You will locate the adjusting bolt at the base of the wiper arm, then you will loosen the bolts. Lastly, \take a wrench to re tighten those bolts.
Only by replacing the wiper arm can you change the tension. Rarely is this necessary unless the spring is broken. You can easily tell if the spring is boken.
